1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using Aonis, you agree to these Terms. If you use Aonis for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
These Terms apply to the Aonis website, Dashboard, API, documentation, and related services. If a separate written agreement applies to your use of Aonis, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping passwords, API keys, and other credentials confidential.
Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in browser-based or other client-side code. Notify Aonis promptly through the Dashboard if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
3. Your use of Aonis
You may use Aonis only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and the documentation. You are responsible for your applications, users, API inputs, prompts, content, and the way you use API outputs.
You must have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to submit content to the services and to use the resulting outputs. You may not use Aonis in a way that infringes rights, violates law, or creates unreasonable risk of harm.
4. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with the service or other users; bypassing limits or security controls; introducing malware; using the service for fraud, abuse, or unlawful surveillance; or submitting content that you do not have the right to process.
5. Pricing and payment
Usage-based prices, available balance, and any applicable payment details are displayed in the Dashboard. You are responsible for charges incurred through your account and for applicable taxes, unless the Dashboard states otherwise.
We may change pricing prospectively by updating the Dashboard or providing notice where required. Any additional billing terms shown in the Dashboard or in an applicable order form are incorporated into these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Aonis available and reliable, but the services may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed from time to time. We may modify, maintain, or discontinue parts of the services to protect users, improve the platform, comply with law, or address security and operational needs.
The documentation describes current supported configurations. You should test integrations in your own environment before relying on them in production.
7. Intellectual property
Aonis and its licensors retain all rights in the services, documentation, and brand. Subject to these Terms, Aonis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You are responsible for determining whether and how you may use outputs in your particular context.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Aonis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aonis is provided on an “as available” basis. Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose; you are responsible for reviewing outputs and making decisions based on them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy and changes
Your use of Aonis is also subject to the Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page, with its last-updated date; continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about these Terms or your account, use the support channel available through the Aonis Dashboard.
